Affordable Homes originated out of the need to find and market the homes in the under $100,000 category. Gregory Kearney Lawson and Nell Little joined forces and added the Affordable Homes division to Gregory's existing real estate web site.

He is an attorney, as well as a real estate broker and has sold real estate in Costa Rica for the past 12 years. He grew up in Southern California and Costa Rica, is bilingual and handles all our legal needs.

His education includes a law degree at Autonomous University of Central America as well as studies in Real Estate, Business Management, and Marketing at Glendale College in Glendale, California.

Prior to his law degree, he worked in journalism in both countries.

Nell grew up in the Southern part of the United States, lived and worked in the Southern California Real Estate Market for over 25 years where she belonged to the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, was a Relocation Specialist for two national relocation companies as well as a sales manager for several years.

Working for Spring Realty in Westlake Village, CA and Jon Douglas in Woodland Hills, CA, in residential, commercial, and investment properties. She was also a licensed real estate broker in her own company in Anchorage Alaska for several years. She later worked in the Santa Fe, NM market.

Her education includes a bachelor of fine arts with an Interior Design major as well as one in art history and business administration and real estate courses.
