at least $200,000 in any other type business except for the following; the amount is reduced to $50,000 if it is from certain promotional areas such as Tourism or export business. If for a reforestation project, the amount is reduced to $100,000. The projects must be in a pre-approved organization.
2. There is no exchange requirement for Inversionistas.
3.
You must remain in the country for at least 6 months per year.
4. You may receive an income from the project.
5. You may also own a company and receive an income.
6. Requirement for renewal is Annually.
